About Us
Eternal Medical Services, LLC has been in business since April 2021, and prior to that, Karen Rodriguez, our founder and CEO, served as a consultant for hospice, home health, and homecare industry with large national consulting firms here in the United States. In addition, Karen is not only a seasoned Registered Nurse with a wide range of experience in leadership, operations, clinical & regulatory compliance within the acute care and post-acute care settings, she is also a Legal Nurse Consultant, educated by the University of Georgia. Karen has served in clinical and operational leadership positions for various organizations within the healthcare realm over the past 26 years.
Additionally, Karen and her team are experienced ACHC and CHAP certified consultants and members of the American Staffing Association. Furthermore, we have a wide array of EHR experience including HCHB, Axxcess and Matrix Care in addition to others. Some of the EHRs we have taught and set up for large organizations during our consulting years. Although we continue to offer consulting services, we initially added our staffing and recruiting services specifically for Hospice & Palliative Care, Home Health, and Private Duty in 2021 ago due to high demand. Today, we continue to meet the demands in healthcare and have expanded beyond homecare. We provide Staffing from Front Desk, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, Managers, and Executives. Most importantly, we understand the love of the Healthcare field, and so does our staff! We are not your typical “staffing agency” with a warm body present. Our focus is quality over quantity. We are active with startup, small, medium and enterprise hospices here in GA and among other states, including staffing of inpatient units with our experienced RN’s.
Most leaders are so busy with “putting out fires”, leaders often do not realize they are adding more “fuel to the fire.” Our focused approach is to prevent fires and provide agency’s with proactive solutions and plans to implement at the sight of the first spark.
We provide consulting services as well as staffing services (Per Diem, Contract Travel/Local, and Direct Search and Placement). We are lean and cost effective, and best of all, we are here to assist you with your organizational needs. We use savvy staffing software, and all of our clients have access to their Client portal where you may enter your own needs on your time.

CHAP accredits a variety of home and community-based health care organizations that make high-quality care a programmatic and business priority.
